TRAM program is available to all certified Travel Agents
- The TRAM program is valid from April 15th until December 15th, 2021 (Blackout dates: July 4th to 5th and November 25th to 28th, 2021)
- This program is offered based upon room availability at the participating hotels.
- The program requires a stay at two different properties (one each from group 1 and 2)
- TRAM hotel accommodations are for a maximum of 2 persons in one room (the travel agent and one extra person).
- Program is offered on European Plan basis (all-inclusive options available at extra charge)
- Participation fee covers AHATA's cost to manage the program. Hotels are providing the rooms complimentary.
Eligibility:
- Inside sales and managerial personnel directly responsible for travel agency sales.
- All Travel Agents: To take advantage of the TRAM Program offers you must include your IATA, DRV, ASR or ANVR number in the application form. For LATAM the ACE Certification number is required.
- Participation is possible for one visit per agent every other year.
Length of stay options:
- 6 nights 3 nights at hotel in group 1, 3 nights at hotel in group 2. Total cost US$360 with European Plan (All-inclusive add-on available at select hotels).
- 4 nights 2 nights at hotel in group 1, 2 nights at hotel in group 2. Total cost US$240 with European Plan (All-inclusive add-on available at select hotels).

Complimentary airport transfer:
De Palm Tours provides complimentary roundtrip airport transfers (from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport).
- The Travel Agent needs to present his/her business card and copy of TRAM confirmation to De Palm Tours representative at the Airport to be escorted to the bus and to receive a Return Voucher.
- The Travel Agent needs to visit a De Palm Tours Desk on property 24 hours prior to departure to confirm his/her return transfer and pick up time.

- Applications should be received by the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association at least 3 weeks prior to your flight to Aruba.
- On the electronic application form, the travel agent will be asked to choose hotels from the list of participating hotels. The hotels assigned will be based on availability.
- Link for non-refundable payment shall be sent to agent prior to reservation confirmation.
- Agents will receive a confirmation of their host hotels per email from the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association. The confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the travel agent on the application form two weeks prior to travel (if payment is confirmed).
Important Notes:
- Once the room reservation is confirmed, no changes are accepted.
- Once reservation is confirmed agent will receive list of special offers for on island experiences.

- A Site Inspection of your host hotel(s) is a requirement. Please contact the salesperson upon arrival at the hotel.
- A social media promotional post with image of hotel properties and/or island or newsletter/blog highlighting the visit to Aruba.
